Monaco’s most expensive opportunity

Monaco’s most expensive opportunity

What do you get the person that has everything?  This is a question we all wish were related to ourselves, but alas it really only applies to the 0.1% of the world’s population.  Many of whom reside in the rich person’s playground; Monaco.

Currently under construction in the centre of Monaco, the Tour Odéon is a 560ft tower which will be the Mediterranean coastline's second tallest building when construction is completed. The 49-storey skyscraper will offer its resident’s on-site services which include multiple swimming pools, health centre and an in-house caterer.  The building also benefits from a 24/7 concierge, who can arrange for the private chauffer service to collect you anywhere on the Riviera.

The crown jewel of this tower will be the five-floor penthouse, which also has its own giant infinity pool with integrated water slide.  Despite being located in arguably the most luxurious stretch of land in the world, this property is sure to stand out amongst this expensive crowd.

So what is the cost?  Currently the property lists at a staggering £240 million.

To put that in perspective this penthouse would cost the average person in the UK 9,230 years to pay off (not including taxes).  For most wealthy people, this property is miles out of their price bracket.  Regardless the super-rich are always looking to out-do one another, and this ultimate property is sure to make a mark for that special person.
